The Last Resistance Gears of War Clan

Well congrats to The Last Resistance Gears of War clan for winning the Capital Punishment Touranment on Gamespot

Their first map that they played was Mausoleum and they shut out the other team 7 to 0 and the next map that they played was on Gridlock and they won that 7 to 3 and their team was very hard to beat, I watched the Touranment on Gamespot Touranment Tv and since I was in the Touranment, I knew that if my team would have played them, it would have been a real fight, because I saw their progress as I was following the other matches and seeing what the other teams were doing in their matches

I was in the the Touranment and lost yesterday, but I did not have the benefit of knowing my team very long, since I met them on Gamespot and did not get a lot of playing time in with them

It just sucks that I could not have got my regulars from Gears of War and had a better team in this Touranment, I think the idea of these Touranments are a good idea, but they do not give people enough time to get their team together, so that there is good stacked teams that play together, so that the Matches are better, because a lot of the matches in the Touranment were blowouts

The Last Resistance Clan, I did not play them, but they were in my Bracket and if my team would have won the Quarterfinal Match yesterday, we would have faced those guys in the Semi Final last night

Their Gamertags are Tgb prodigy, Tlr Munzee and Tlr Magic, I personally would like to get me and my best guys to challenge them in some matches on Gears of War and see what happens, and I hope that they would be willing to play players like me that have very well coordinated teams that are capable of giving them a good fight and play other teams as well

True, but they needed to face better teams and it just makes me furious, that me and my regulars did not have a crack at these guys in the Touranment

This really pisses me off, I was just looking at their gamertags and looking at their Achievements and hardly any of them have more then 3 or 4 of the online weapon achievements and almost all of my regulars have way more then they do of the online achievements

maybe they don't play ranked matches which, in my opinion are way more fun.

Please don't go by achievements.  I have played people with the Seriously achievement who are worse than me.  Not saying you are, but proving that achievements don't always mean your better.

or he really sucks at Gears and is insecure about the fact....or maybe his uncle raped him as a small child and hes still a little depressed about it so he feels the need to make himself feel good by pretending to be amazing at Gears

 It doesn't exactly work like that. I have every achievement besides Seriously and I get betten lots by people who have very few achievements.

i only got to see the first 2 games, they seemed good but not unbeatable

altho TLR Magic was really good from what i saw

and the gamespot commentary was really dumb sometimes, liek "why is he shooting at the sky or the wall" 5 minutes later they realize hes doing it to get the active. I swear its like none of them even played the multiplayer just put the game down after they finished the sp.

Yes that is what I meant, they are not unbeatable, but when you look at their match results, they were winning in Blow outs, I mean where were the good Stacked Teams at in this Tourney? Because if they would have been facing good stacked teams, they would not have been blowing people out, the way that they were

I am not saying that they could not have better stacked teams, but the results might have been different

Me and my best players, we play anywhere from 8 to 15 matches a day and we never lose no more then 3 times a day at the very most

You are right about that, the thing that we all must understand, Gears of War is a game, where you can get on big time streaks and it is a game, where you just hit the wall and play like total garbage for a while, it is hard to be a good player all the time on that game, believe me I see it all the time

The only way to know if somebody that has the Seriously is bad or overrated is, if you play that player enough and they play like garbage the whole time
