you serious? those aren't annoying at all... of all time I would say wall masters in LoZ: LttP, damn they come out of nowhere. For 360, chimera assaults in DMC4.

The stalkers in half-life 2 episode 2 where you have to kill like seven of them. Also form Super Mario 64 the stupid shackle attached to the pole on the first level. I hate it when it hits you and you get knocked over the little fence:x!!!!
as far as i have gotten in lost odyssey it has to me be the two worms in grand staff, in devil may cry I just hate the meaner sparda knights, the mercenaries in dead rising, and the enemies of army of two in professional (they shoot you and always hit you shooting blindfire)
-Heat-seeking missles in N+ -Ninja Gaiden 2 gets its own list -- IS ninjas, the dogs that throw projectiles at you and catch you in mid-air with their teeth, the suicide bombing ninjas (the ones that start to appear on Mentor difficulty that grab you and suicide bomb even if you haven't done any damage to them), the subway wormbot, Zedonius, Alexei on the harder difficulties, the final boss, the chapter 6 bone boss, rocket spam guys, anything that explodes when it dies, ghost fish, bats that pop out of treasure chests, hell it would just be easier to list the stuff in that game that isn't annoying -Half-Life head crabs -Halo flood, esp. the ones in Halo 3 that latch onto the wall and shoot crap at you -Gears of War wretches -Castlevania medusa heads and leg humpers -The later stages of Tower of Lost Souls in Soul Calibur IV
Happily wandering around the countryside then the danger music starts playing as if you are in combat. You turn around, check all angles and see nothing, so you carry on going, then *bam* the screen flashes red as you take damage. Now you turn around and find a damn cliff racer has been following you and swooped down from the skies.
No matter where you went these pesky birds followed you everywhere.
Between Gears of War, Halo 3, and COD4...the most annoying enemy is little kids that scream squeeky as anything
Between Bioshock, Bully and Mass Effect...the most annoying enemy is Your own vehicle in mass effect. its killed me by blowing up more time than anything else in the game :)
