According to what GameSpot would to rate any game 10/10. That game must have a superior single player campaign AND a multiplayer. MGS4 has good campaign, and there is MGO, though not perfect but it has it. GTA4 has good single player story, and it has multiplayer, though not perfect again, but it has many modes to play with online. Uncharted 2 got 9.5, it has great campaign and addictive multiplayer. Now if Bioshock 2 can keep another awesome story, plus a superisingly good, addictive, fun, and unique multiplayer, getting a 10/10 is a possibility. Other games I doubt them. BC2 will have awesome multiplayer, I agree it will be better than MW2, but its single player may not be top notch. And there are still many games that will come out next year but just haven't release enough information yet. So there still could be others.

None, The highest Mass Effect 2 score from gamespot will probably be a 9.0, 9.5 if it's really awesome. True 10.0 games come around once every console generation. And from the looks of this 7th gen, I really doubt we'll see a game score a 10.0(Games that actually deserve it)
The rest of the games mentioned will probably score between 8.0-9.5.

It'd definitely have to be Splinter Cell Conviction or Mass Effect 2. (imo)I don't think another 360 game will get a 10. The only reason GTA IV got a 10 on GS is because the reviewer is a huge GTA fanboy.

Well, he does have a point. It's almost unarguable that B Company is full of way better characters than Modern Warfare (2) has. If DICE follows the way the original Bad Company was, the single player will kill Modern Warfare 2.

I dont see ANY games getting 10/10 anytime soon. I honestly dont see how they thought GTA IV was that good and games like Fallout3, Mass Effect, Fable2, Gears of War2, Ace Combat 6, etc etc arent as good or better. I don't personally rate GTA IV anywhere near the top 10 in my game collection.
But IF i had to pick a game coming out that i think GAMESPOT will give a 10/10, id have to say Bioshock2. but that would still shock me. I think ANY game that gets a perfect score on multiple websites like Gamespot is definately flawed and there's something "fishy" going on...... but thats just me
Since when did people start expecting games to get 10/10 scores? Prior to GTA IV and MGS4 it had been about seven years since Gamespot gave a game a 10/10. I'd be surprised if we got another this console generation. In fact I'd start worrying Gamespot has become too lenient if they start handing out more tens.

Well, he does have a point. It's almost unarguable that B Company is full of way better characters than Modern Warfare (2) has. If DICE follows the way the original Bad Company was, the single player will kill Modern Warfare 2.
I never played the first Bad Company, hows its campaign? I'm very looking forward to BC2, I played the beta on my friend's PS3, it was so much fun. I'm actually thinking about pre-ordering it, because I'm not gonna force myself to like MW2, so I'll be glad if BC2 really would kill MW2.
I think gears of war 3 could be a great game if they up the single player campaign a little bit. If they take care of that then it will be a great game IMO. but a 10/10 thats tough

You just really don't like MW2 don't you? I've played a few hours at a buddy's house and it is not for me. It just seems way too cheap and forgiving with all the dumb, overpowered killstreaks and stupid glitches. I may get it eventually but I'll definitely be getting Bad Company 2 day one. Also sniping is a blast in Battlefield games, MW2 maps are too small and cramped to have fun as a sniper. That's just my opinion.

The original Bad Company had an amazing campaign. Probably one of the best I've seen in a shooter this decade.
