I havent had any problems lately, but when I first got it, I had freezing problems, and now lately for some reason, I am freezing all the time! Anyone else getting the same problem? Any news on a update?
I have never experienced freezing with the NXE, ever. Today my console was freezing (and got the RROD), but I'm sure that's irrelavant from the update. Not sure what's wrong with yours.
I wish I had an answer also, I put in COD:WaW, and today it was fine no problems, and now I just put it in, and it freezes everytime, i need to call Xbox

Same thing is happening to me and a few of my friends. Thats with COD:WAW so far.

That's all I could recommend, sadly - calling Xbox Support. I have to order my new system, and speak with "Microsoft India" (fun times). Good luck with your situation. :)

Ever since the NXE my GTA disc has been freezing and giving me Disc Unreadables, but yet all my other 30-something games work. I've used multiple copies of the disc and they still do it, with and without the HDD.
Yeah. Microsoft **** sucks. I've heard many reports of 360's failing because of the new update. My one failed also. It started to freeze and got the RROD. Microsoft has great games but their quailty **** sucks period. As much I hate the damn system, Im keeping it because all my other friends have it. I wish my friends would tap into their senses and realize they are playing a **** 360. Anyways, yeah. I feel your pain. It sucks. Your not the only one, it happened to plenty others.
I just plain don't like the layout. Its not nearly as intuitive or easily navigatable as the blades. I'd like it more if it was the layout for a new system, but I hate the way that I was used to and liked the old dashboard and now am forced to switch to this new one.
I get freezing also when I go into my friends list, the actual friends where they show the Avatars.....I just think it needs a little patch because it does sound like its common, and very frustrating when your friends are waiting on you....but its okay for now, but I will call Microsoft tomorrow
my xbox just froze for the first time while i was playing Dead Space about an hour ago. Other than that my Live seemed to be working fine, but I should probably go and check again. I like the NXE update, jst takes a bit of getting used to.
