The online community has gone to hell.

Who else is tired of 7-12 year olds moaning in online games? Halo and Call of Duty are rated M17 for a bloody reason..

2. b) Disable anyone not in your friends list.

well most of the time those kids are too spoilt and their parents pay for their online

it's been in hell a lot longer than you'd think. it's a dead end wherever you go. If you don't have kids on the internet, you have smartass college students that think they're cool. Then there's adults... who can be as bad, if not worse. Reminds me of Twilight Moms, but not as atrocious.bulletsword

The XBL community has always been garbage.. I hear just as many if not more teens that run their mouth and then blame everything on kids when they are just as bad.

It's just as bad as any other online community. People tend to act "STRANGE" online.

Well I've ran into a few but It's not just kids. You've also got adults on there who are immature. The adults are just as bad. The community is terrible but you do run into a couple of mature, laid back players. I don't know why kids especially grown adults have to act like there all tough online behind their TV's. I mean what's the point and the point of calling people names. I think It just makes them look like a idiot. The one's who talk the most s*** are usually the one's who won't do s*** in real life so I guess it makes them feel more like a tough guy. Next time just them though, problem solved.

one advice mute the all the people except your friends works for me on modern warfare 2 lol

XBL has been a hell hole and a breeding ground for trolls since the begining of it.

08? The cummunity is much mroe active then it was back then, but there was still ALOT of people playing back then.

Its not so much the 12 year olds now, thank god for mute. Today I was laying on a roof sniping and a guy on my team, who aparently thought that was his spot, kept throwing flash grenades infront of me, knifing me, laying infront of me, continually shooting his gun off and giving away my position. I am so sick of these kids on Xbox Live. I wish their was a way Xbox could crunch down on these kids. I have gotten so many hate messages on Live and I keep them all in my inbox in hopes that one day I can send them to M$....

The online gaming community, no matter what platform you play on, has always been terrible. Gabes greater internet dickwad theory in motion.

Why do people on these fourms always complain about this.

1) It's not nearly as bad as you people make it out to be,

2) I actually find kids to be pretty entertaining sometimes,

3) Mute them if you find them annoying,

4) It's better than no one talking at all (PSN)

yeah well, id perfer no one talking at all then a bunch of screaming 10 year olds, and ps3 has a decent amount of people talking, just alot of them arent little kids like you guys would expect.

Why are you bashing on me? You people starting bashing on the ps3 cummunity, besides alot of people hate them and we try to mute them but ever heard of "the lobby"(you cant mute in the lobby) anyways wether they make you mad or not is YOUR problem but if we wanna whine or talk about how annoying they are then its "OUR" problem, besides i didnt start this thread so how could i bee the one running off telling everyone in GS everyone is talking about how they fine this annoying, and i just decided to share too, so you stick to YOUR problem and we stick to OUR and dont come bashing on us(or specificly me, dont know why mine since everyone in the thread is also saying the same thing) because you are "ok" with it, because some of us or most unlike are actually annoyed by this.

PC>PSN>Xbox Live in terms of community, as in less annoying people I played with.

I can only say one thing...

I just wish they would stop talking. I'm tired of never using my headset because I'm tired of muting the majority of people in MW2. Luckily there are some games with great communities though.
