the orange box vs cod waw

ok so i want to get one of these but want to know which is better..

Orange Box.

The campaign for HL is way longer, much more story driven, not another rehash of WWII ("Let's storm that beachhead for the 1000th time men!!!"), more variety to the levels/methods of progress. You get a cute chick as a side-kick, you get to kill aliens, and you get to save the world, not just Europe.

Also, Portal is an amazing puzzle game with the twist of being a FPS(ish).

TF2 is a fun multiplayer but that's where COD:WAW wins. There are WAAAYYY more ppl playing COD that TF2.

well, thats kind of a strange question lol, totally different games.

Orange box has quite a few games, all of which are made of win (and by valve, i think?)

Portal is just awesomesauce, accompanied by a healthy dose of puzzles and lulz.

Half life is actually a really good game, great story, and interesting characters.

Team fortress is also made of win, but the xbox 360 version is slightly less (about 6.75%) less win than the PC version. so if you want to play that go get the pc version.

Orange box will last you alot longer.

But cod WAW has a decent story, but it only takes like a few days or so if your decent to beat all the levels on veteran. The Multiplayer is kind of fun, and i cant really say how long that will last you, because if you love it you could play it 100 hours a day, but if you hate it than you prolly wont.

Definitley get the Oranage Box. It has 5 grat games for real cheap

Easily the Orange Box, which even better you can now get for $20.00.

The orange box, has 5 games on it, each of them being 5-20 hours long, all of them awesome, against a WW2 CoD: Modern warfare? not a fair comparison at all.

if you like the CoD multiplayer then get CoD. if you like long single player then get Orange Box

I'd reccomend the Orange Box, definitely. Of course, if you're looking for multiplayer, than i'd say WaW, unless you already have CoD4 (not that different from WaW). Then again, orange box has Team Fortress.

Deff Orange box if u like a good story driven game.

honestly its worth it just for portal alone lol, if u get W@W u got to get Portal on the arcade market!!! so worth it!!!!

i've never played orange box but from everything ive seen and heard, i would get orange box for single player. but if you can play on live i would get WAW because their MP is amazing and the single player is definetly good (but repetitive)

I'd say the Orange box, by a mile. Better, more original and longer campaigns. And a multiplayer with out the bs known as kill streak bonuses and perks.

Not to mention the Orange box is forty dollars cheaper.

I recommend The Orange Box for all of the reasons already stated. W@W is a great game,but everything in The Orange Box is hard to beat...especially at the price it's at right now.
