this ended up being a title that most americans look at as unplayable, it really is garbage, it is too bad it couldn't have been dmc5. I know microsoft wants Japan to warm to them but this probably will not bring people over at all.

I'm confused by your comment. Why is it unplayable by Western standards? I have Monster Hunter Unite on PSP and it's pretty fun. I'm not trying to disagree for the sake of being difficult; I'm honestly wondering why you hate the game so much.
I guess your not looking forward to Lost Planet 2 because it is essentially the same thing.this ended up being a title that most americans look at as unplayable, it really is garbage, it is too bad it couldn't have been dmc5. I know microsoft wants Japan to warm to them but this probably will not bring people over at all.

Haven't you been reading the other posts?
Yeah pretty stupid. Microsoft isn't going to make a breakthrough in Japan. If Tales, Star Ocean, Infinite Undiscovery, and the other numerous RPGs couldn't do it, then this sure isn't.
really that was the announcement thats actually really great monster hunters problem has always been that it released on platform's with weak to non existent online. First the ps2 then the wii bringing it to the 360 is really gonna help the series out alot i can already see it being a hit.

Actually, its the WORST decision from Capcom since:
1. Its a MMO, meaning that you CANT play it alone, even optionally
2. You know how much Microsoft LOVES MMO on xbox
3. Alongside to 15$ charge per month, it also requires Gold account
4. Its not even a new game, but a PORT of an 3 year old game, unsucessfull to add to that
5. Just like its PC conterpart, it wont appear outside Japan.
As you can see, its DOOMED to suck. This actually has a chance of making Monster hunter LESS popular in Japan.
I welcome more variety to the 360's library. However, if Capcom announced a new Onimusha, I wouldn't complain either. ;)

One thing ive learned aboout japan is to never expect normal from them. They love MH and its actually a good deal because you get free live with the MMO subscription which in turn means your really not paying for live as long as you are paying for that MMO which is a good deal seeing as it costs 15 buks to play on the PC. All im saying is i wouldnt be surprised if this game does well.
i have always wanted to play a MH game and now i finally can and in glorious 360 HD graphics 2pac_makavelisame here but all capcom news will be bad news til they announce a new Megaman legends or breath of fire
I was extremely disapointed, expected it to be something amazing but meh, i expect too much nowadays.
