I recently updated my child's account to an adult account and when I signed on to XBL it said the terms of use have changed and I need to approve of them, but when I load them up it takes me back to the main page.

This is literally the 4th or 5th time I've seen this exact same thread. From what I remember no one was able to come up with a solution. It's weird to see such a specific situation like this occuring with such frequency, something must be up with the servers. I would just cut out the middle man and call up MS, like I said I don't remember anyone with any ideas (you could try searching for the threads, but I doubt you'll see anything too helpful). Your definetely not the only one...
This is terrible though, I can't even connect to Xbox Live now. Holden14
yup, exact same problem some were talking about this week. It can't be just you. I would just call up MS and ask them about it, I doubt your going to get much help with such a specific problem here.Â
Just post it here, and save people who search up this problem the trouble. I know if I had this problem, and I found this thread, I would be pissed, because instead of the solution being here, I would have to message you and wait until you fealt ready to answer.
