Okay I am having serious girl trouble right now. :( She is not a gamer and sick of my 360, so today she has finally given me one last ultimatum: its either her or the 360. She basically wants me to get rid of my 360 and all its games for good. :cry: I have tried to get her into playing games with me but she suffers from bad motion sickness, and even when I bought her Viva Pinata for our anniversary I was the one ended up addicted to it playing marathon sessions way into the early hours while she was asleep. The addiction got so bad that when we were together making out I couldn't get Fudgehogs out of my head. I was always thinking about the best ways to get my Pinatas to romance, so in the end she accussed me of buying myself the game when that was not the case. Has anyone else suffered like this or been issued an ultimatum, and what the hell can I do (btw she is fit)?

I say dump her on the pure grounds that this is probably the stupidest thing she could do....thats pretty childish...you should give her this ultimatum...her friends or you...that'll shut her up, or make things worse...

Agreed, my gf would support me, but she was never around when I gamed, at work, or was doing stuff for college, or was away in England visiting her parents. If she loves u, and u love her, ud also like or love their obsessions, or constant endevours, your just doing what most to all guys do, play games. I manage to split my time fine with my girlfriend. I rarely ever play around her, and if I do that's because i'm in a gamerscore league at the moment. Once that's over, she's probably going to get most of my attention. She gets upset from time to time that I won't talk to her because i'm in the middle of a game or something, but I do a lot of great stuff for her that she always forgets about it.

If she can't stand you playing games and you love to play games, then its time to dump her. She's not the one for you. Any girl that says you can't do what you love to do with your free time isn't worth being with. My wife hates how much I play games also. I usually only play when she's not around and limit my play when she is there to short amounts. We came to an agreement, she still wines he and there but she's learned to let it go. Its give and take, I hate when she watches those stupid reality shows. So for the most part when i'm around she doesn't watch them. Bottom line though, unless you have some serious time commited to this girl (like your engaged) then its time to dump her.

lol, i'm not saying he has romance for her. I'm saying doing something romantic for her. To cure a negative, you have to make a positive. Women love that mushy gushy corny stuff. That's a pure and simple fact. The fact that he's thinking of viva pinata while making out with his girlfriend is showing that he has gotten a little attached to his console.
He needs to leech away and properly submit time to the console and the girlfriend. Doing something nice for a girl like twice a month goes a long way. Believe me. Then when she shows off about what you've done for her to her friends, then the friends become envious. And then the friends say they're jealosu which means what? SCORE!!! Yeah, uhm I've managed to mantain a 2 year 5 month relationship and I see my girlfriend 4 times a week and I never play video games while shes there.
Sorry I have a brain and know how to manage my time properly and know how to keep a female happy. It's not that hard to please a woman and maintain a healthy relationship while playing video games at the same time.
If you really care about her you'll talk it out. You can give up alittle bit of 360 time to be with your gf. If you don't like her though; there is no use in acting like you do. Get rid of her if you just don't like her. Leading on girls is always bad news.

Are you kidding? Most women are all those especially mine. You just have to know what to do to keep it balanced. You've obviously became overly obsessed if you're thinking about pinatas all the time when you aren't playing. I don't know how deep your experience with women are, but i've had plenty of female friends that gave me a lot of great insight.
Maybe you should go talk to one of her friends and figure out what to do from there. do something nice and extravagent. If she's proposing a dumping, i'd either act fast if you really care about her, or just let it go and not waste time. It all really depends on how much you care about her.
