Forza 2 is one of the reasons to buy the wheel. I'll wait until Forza 2 comes out to buy the wheel.brianbien- agreed and considering what the wheel lacks in features (a STICK, few extra buttons & programming options)...it is abit over priced ! but it may be a joy to play with Forza 2 when it's released?

I would never buy it (mainly the $150) because i'm not big into racing games. However if you are and you really want the whell. Go to Amazon.com you can get the Wheel for $130 (or $120) and you get the exact same package is the Wheel in stores (comes along with PGR3).
Other than that i have no idea how good it is.
you must have the wheel if you like simulators (like forza or GT series).
i had a Logitech driving force pro (900 degrees) for GT4Â with my ps2 - it was 100 times better than a joystick (for all results as well)
Otherwise, if you are playing arcade racing games (NFS, PGR, test drive, etc.) - good wheel isn't necessary. You will enjoy the game with a joystick.
I hate arcade racing. I'm crazy about driving simulators.
Why don't they make a GOOD wheel 900 degrees for 360?

dont forget Colin McRae Dirt
the wheel is awesome, even with PGR3 it changes the whole game and you gotta "unlearn what you have learned" and the game becomes so much fun, just like the first time u popped it in.
[QUOTE="Daffy101"]I would only buy one that comes with a stick. Does anybody know of a 360 racing wheel with a stick?Rink-uz
Thanks:)
I'm not a racing fan but as a collector I own Microsoft's Wireless Racing Wheel. It is well made, snaps onto the table I bought for it nicely, and is bigger than the less expensive wheels you may be used to. It's certainly feels like a big step up from the wheels on the original Xbox. Despite its wireless nature you should know it needs to be plugged in to get force feedback.
The biggest problem is game support. Many of the 360's racing games have not been patched to support it despite it being available for months.
I guess it could be worth it if the games you like support it, or with future racing games. Right now I'm not sure you'd be getting your money's worth.

Hold the phone! The Microsoft wheel doesn't feature a stick shift for manual transmissions? That's the fun in steering wheels![QUOTE="Daffy101"][QUOTE="Rink-uz"][QUOTE="Daffy101"]I would only buy one that comes with a stick. Does anybody know of a 360 racing wheel with a stick?SPHYNXA

well i just got mine for cheap so we'll see how it isIf you plan on getting Forza and like PGR 3 and TDU.XlpranksterlXi already have PGR 3 im waiting on Forza 2
I won the wheel in a contest and when i tried it with pgr3...it was crazy. i couldn't control the car at all, i would go fast in straight aways and then when the turns came i would crash against the walls with the slightest move, and i im good in pgr3...so i put it up for sale but no one would buy it and now with all the talk of forza 2 and how is made for the wheel unlike pgr3, i think i'll keep it and give it a second trytacubanoyeah i think u should try with forza 2
hmm didnt know that thnx for telling dudeI love the wheel. I would never go back to the other way. The worst thing is in TDU you can't look right or left.
Oh, and if you have trouble in a game with it -- make sure you set the controller settings correctly. If you don't it won't drive right.
