After playing my friends Xbox 360 I'm considering on purchasing one sometime in the future, but I haven't decided which version to get the Premium or Elite. Which one do you guys think I should get and what games do you recommend?

I have the premium and it works just perfectly fine more me.  I have about 8 games, 20 XBLA games, and I download movies, TV shows, and demos regularly.  I've never used up more than 12 gigs, and when I'm done with a movie/demo/whatever I just delete it.

120 gigs is ridiculous.

If you have an HDTV with an open HDMI port, I'd say go for the Elite. Then again, I think the black 360 is P1MP!

Simple logic for deciding imo.  If you have an HDTV and you use the HD-DVD attachment it's a good idea to get it.  If you use the online movie and tv show service a lot the 120gb hdd is a big plus.

I currently use a 20gb hdd one mine and i have 5gb free.  I have 2 demos, some trailers and close to 40 xbox live arcade games as well as a bunch of downloadable content for games and all the saves for my aprox 40 360 games.  So mainly depends what you want to do.

I'd get an elite if i didn't own one yet... the price jump is justified - tidier, one cable - never think about hard drive space - ip tv may be sweet when it's out, you'll need a hdd this big for good pvr support - the actually hardware is probably 2% more reliable ;) - it's black
