when the 65nm chips go in with the improved cooling, the problems will all but disapear peopleTHEKING1337
It will be impossible to dtermine whether or not the 360 you are buying has a new chip. Elites were supposed to have quieter drives and the new chip, but they dont.
YE RIGHT MICROSOFT FIXING ALL THE PROBLEMS. I think there will be some problem left that they forgot like always and then trying to change the consumor mind saying we are microsoft we are better than the PS3:lol:
MAN if that wasnt predictable.
Haha funny. [QUOTE="Scarface_tm431"]If you've had 6 dead 360's maybe you should just start taking care of your consoles-Montauk-And no, just no. Consoles aren't breaking becuase of people physically breaking them, they simply just die.
but its theres still something to do with the person who breaked his xbox360 . he wasnt taking care of it , 6 xbox 360s???? come on and you say he is taking care of every xbox360 he got .
I have to second what is being said here with regards to people losing 6, 7 or more 360's!!! I can see the hardware doesn't work as it should MS have agreed with this but getting though so many you have to ask questions about that frequency!!! I'm still on my first and I play it hard, 12 hours yesterday for example and whilst I know it will go on me one day I have had it for over a year now and *touch wood* it's running fine because I'm playing by the rules I cannot see how people can lose so many without asking questions about how they as users treat it ... just my two pence worth and not trying to start a war just an observation.Anabub
sure treatment is a factor, but mine died about 3 months ago and i keep it in fine conditions. I didn't even have the red lights, but the disc reader broke.

Anyone who says that they have had that many 360s die on them is full of crap. They are probably sitting there looking at their PS3 wishing some good games would come out for, so they decide to go lie on forums thinking that it would bring the popularity of the 360 down. That is a futile effort.
