I just got off the phone they are gonna fix my launch 360 for free because 3 rod on me. The dude on the phone said to check my email within 24 hours there will be a email it said this. I got a question....

Why don't they just send me a shipping box?? What do I have to do to get them to do that? I went ahead and went to the site and tryed to put my # in to see if I could choose to have them send a box or something but it wouldnt let me login..

just thought maybe somebody here might have some experience with this. I was thinking about just calling back and telling them my case # and asking them to sending a box i guess so i know It gets there in right shape they can't say anything.. But I got it at launch does anyone have any idea why its still covered?? nov 22 05 with 3 yr wrnty would be over nov 22 08 right?? im missing somehing here but no complaints!!

Still covered because it was a 3 year "extended" warranty from early 2006... so everyone is covered until early 2009... If they scheduled a repair/replacement then you should recieve a box soon... They don't send it instantly across the world to your door... If you don't recieve it within a week or two... call support and ask what is up...

I am guessing that you called them recently... Give it a few days... It is December 24th... It is Christmas week... The Xbox repair warehouses probably aren't even staffed this week... And not only that but it is the busiest time for shipping everywhere in the world right now... it will probably take a little longer to get to you... Why not have some patience?

You might not be getting a box. I had to send mine in about a month ago, and instead of shipping me a box they emailed me the pre-paid shipping label. I had to provide the box, but shipping was paid for. So if that email had a shipping label, you will probably have to find a box to ship it in.
