They never said xbox live was fixed

go to that link and look at the orange box to the right,it clearly says that xbox live is having difficulties.and yes i know,were all pissed that we can only get in 1 laggy match in of cod4 before you get kicked off the server or have the dashboard load forever or not get on messenger half the time but if you really dont want to stay with xbox then fine , its been reliable for the whole time ive been on and this is the first major xbox live trouble ive seen probobly becuase everyone wants a xbox 360 w/xbox live for christmas and everyone probobly signed up during the holidays but well just have to wait to see what xbox does..maybe theyll make new servers,or something but i bet everything will be fine soon and this will all be a bad memory ,but people, its a video game system,its not the only thing to do,you can hang out with ur freinds in r.l. or maybe just go outside......if you dont want to do that then youll just have to wait for xbox live to get fixed/get more servers or something....i dont know how that kind of stuff works........if anyone knows what the real problem is and how xbox live might fix it then please reply

Let me answer that for you NO they dont so why would so choose to protect such a massively rich company?.

Their is just simply no excuse for this, Xboxlive is in the wrong and this should not be happening i hope that they would be generous enough to show some respect to the people who made the Xbox what it is now today and treat their gamers to something free for the inconvience.

If theytreat us to something free i wont have any problem but if they dont... I think that just says alot about what Microsoft think about us!.

Privatly hosted matches still work retards.All of you who want compensation can stuff it because you can still play privatly hosted games in any game. Just because the Quickmatch doesnt work for a period doesnt mean that you cant play at all.acesion

I am in several clans and I have been able to keep up with all meetings, hell every day after around 9PM PST I've been playing COD without any problems. The games I have tested this on have been COD4 halo 3 and Team Fortress.

Also you say that im wrong because you "heard" numerous accounts, not because you have experienced the problems which lead me to believe that you are a PS3 fanboy who doesnt own a 360 or live and thus has no credibility in this argument.

well Ive been having some problems today, and today only. for a few hours. for me it works perfectly. i can host, join and do what ever I want.

yeah i heard that alot of people trying to recover their XBL account were haing trouble

oh yeah and it defenetely is getting better...i can access my main dashboard now but i still cant DL things

if it says you cannot connect to live...just keep trying to connect to live and after 5 tries you should be in, if yur stuck at the dashboard witha loading xbox thingy, just wait and itll pop up.it wurks fine just takes time to start things up thats all.....CptBloodood

Or you could just read the agreement statement where it talks about MS not being solely responsible for Xbox live outages due to updates, fixes, and general maintenance or server issues....kinda hard to complain about something you agreed to but maybe 1 in 1,000,000 even read....
