Thinking about getting a 360, but

When I had a 360 before it got a lot of rrods, so just traded it in for a ps3 which works fine and no problems. It's just that because of the price drop coming soon I might pick one up, but I just have a few questions first though

1. Do the new 360's get RROD as often as they used to?

2. Any good exclusives coming out in the next few months?

2. Gears of War 2, Fable 2, Halo Wars, Banjo, to name a few

I'm on the same band-wagon as you, I had trded in my previous 360 for a PS3. Now I'm very interested in the some of the new RPG's that are coming out for the system as well as other titles.(PS# is severely lacking the RPG department)

Just to name a few:Infinite undiscovery, Fable 2, GEoW2, Too Human, Tales of Vesperia,

You're in the minority with that opinion. I bet you love Resistance as well? Now that's a game I thought was garbage.

1) No not as much anymore. You get 3 years protection...if you want to be safe, buy the Best Buy Replacement warranty. it's 35$ but you go to the store and switch it right then and there no questions asked for a brand new one. They will open the box and take out the HD (You keep yours) and they hand you the brand new 360.

2) Gears 2, Fable 2, Too Human, Infinite Undiscovery, Tales of Vesperia, there's a bunch of others. Just look at the IGN list of release dates.

I would definitely pick up a 360. It's going to have an awesome 08 year, and you'll have your PS3 to fall back on when it has the killer 09 year that it should have.

Well actually I thought resistance was pretty bad, I'm really not just a fan of FPS or just some TPS anymore, but I love stealth games like splinter cell and MGS.suz437

Well this game is really old, but pick up Hitman Blood Money since you can get it cheap. For some reason, MGS4 didn't give me my stealth fix, so I had to play some Hitman.

I wouldn't call Gears garbage, but I wouldn't call it great either. It's definitely awesome for about a month, maybe less. After that, I just don't like the MP until they fix it in Gears2. It's just too much, Jump, Jump, Charge and either shotgun or chainsaw... It's lame, 1 shotgun blast cuts you in half, yet you can dump a clip of Lancer ammo into someones face and they are still charging you. Plus the host lag/advantage is cheesey as well.
