My second 360 (first one was replaced six months after the E74 error) has just died. The thing won't even power on. To Microsofts credit they are going to fix/replace this one too, but it is kinda getting rediculous. I have the 360 raised about 4 inches off the ground so it has lots of airflow. I have put a small fan blowing at it. Still...I guess if they are gonna go they are gonna go no matter what. I am seriously thinking of trading it in on a PS3 when I get this one back. Does anyone know if the replacement 360's they are shipping back to customers have the latest chipsets in them? I'm in Canada.

TC i know how you feel. im on my 4th 360 repair. Honestly, im tired of getting repaired. Im an owner of all 3 systems and a gaming PC, so I lucky in that reguard. Im with you right now. Im at a cross road. Do I get it repaired again knowing that it may break again, or bite the bullet and lose it for another 3 weeks. It seems that I have to have it repaired every six months or so like clockwork. The kicker is im in college and paly it maybe 1 hour a day twice a week. Oh, and by the way the PS3 is a good system and you cant do wrong with having both.
