That's the message I get when I try to download anything with a rating of Mature or Rating Pending, but I don't know why. In the past I've always been able to download anything. I checked all my settings and I don't see why I'm "not permitted". I just noticed this today.
Well if you check the email address you are using you might want to check and make your age on it is set to like 18+. If that is so and it is set so it says you arent 18+ then i dont believe you can change your age but would have to create a new email address.
I'm 16 and my account knows that, but it shouldn't matter because all the parental controls are set to allow anything, and as I said, I've always been able to download anything that I wanted to up until now.

It's not the parental settings on your console that matter. It's the age on your account. Obviously you haven't been around here lately to read all the other threads about this, but this is part of the most recent dashboard update.
why don't you search the boards for the other 900+ threads asking the same question. You will be unable to d/l M content until you turn 18 and then upgrade your account to an adult account.
They changed it in the update? Well that sucks. Thanks for the clarification, but now I don't know what I'll do when the next set of Halo maps com out :(
