I just got an E74 error (one blinking light, thanks RE5 demo...) and apparently Microsoft won't repair systems with this problem. My question is: if I buy a Xbox 360 Arcade will it be compatible with my Elite's hard drive?

Yes it will. Also can't you just send it to them so they can repair it for $100?

I'd rather pay $200 tomorrow and have one than wait a month or two. It's just more convenient.
