How can you people predict that Fable 2 or GOW2 will be GOTY when they arent even released yet. Im betting on one of them to be a complete flop.

The thing is, it WAS necessary. Yoy HAD to eat, and if you kept on eating and not doing exercise you would have gotten fat, which would have made you slower.

Pretty stupid addition imo, GTA is always meant to be an Action/driving game, not an RPG.

I'm kidding. Although I wish Banjo-Kazooie 3 could kick a$$ as much as its predecessors, I doubt it. So many great games are going to come out this year(Gears of War 2, Ninja Gaiden 2, Fable 2, Fallout 3, etc.) that I'm really not sure. Plus, you have GTA IV which seems like a pretty solid contestant.

I agree with him, they've removed a lot of the customization from the game that was in SA. It's kind of odd, I see GTA IV as a step backwards, despite the "different" driving, shooter, and the broken cover system, it isn't the greatest game...of the year thus far even. Online? Mediocre. Nothing more, nothing less. It's a 7-7.5/10 game, with some serious game killing freeze bugs, and poorly implemented online that they shouldn't have focused on, a broken cover system, and a good story. It'll win GOTY, but, it doesn't deserve it. Sometimes hype buys reviews.

Anyways, I'm hoping that Cry On or Infinite Undiscovery come out this year and turn out great, I'm picking GOTY for one of those two, if they live up to expectations.

The graphics aren't amazing. Plenty of better looking games like COD4,GOW,Oblivion.You gta fanboys are worst than halo 3 fanboys. Ok Mrs.GTAVaccine I'll be glad to take your English class, if there is any openings left.

WHAT? Fable was one of the most laid back RPG games I have ever played. I would say that a game like Final Fantasy is more for the hardcore RPG fans. Fable 2 also is supposed to be more like a zelda type game. From your avatar you must like Zelda. Zelda games are more hardcore RPG than fable was.

The reason the graphics of any GTA games have not and are not as good as the games out at the time are because of the type of game it is. There is a whole city loaded at once on GTA4 and there are so many things you can do. How can you expect it to have the same graphics of a game that has not even a quarter of the amount of stuff loaded up?

from the reviews of GTA4 it looks like it has a very very almost guaranteed chance of getting GOTY but i havent played GTA4 yet so i dunno.

But i would like to see how fable 2, MGS4, Fallout 3, LBP, Alone in the dark, SC4,GoW2,resident evil 5, FFXIII. etc do and the list goes on.

I dont really care what gets GOTY all those games that i listed and theres alot more i didnt even mention which in my mind are all going to be great games

Fable 1 was barely an RPG, more of an action/adventure, and most certainly not "hardcore", it was a really really easy game if you think about it. Fallout 3? Based on the hype nothing short of a game teleporting hookers and cash into your room will dethrone GTA 4 as GOTY.

Personally GTA is a good game but is way over hyped, even more so than Halo. And once again it's way too early to be picking GOTY.

If you want "custilization" go play the Sims. Plenty of "custilization" there for you.

Oh and nothing new in GTA IV? Obviously you havent played it because the driving is completely different, the shooting is completely different, there's a cover system, the graphics are vastly superior to most games on the market, and yes the multiplayer works just fine, I'm a level 3 and I've been playing all morning.
