It seems like this is true but who knows how long it will be before we see it, even if we do ever see it. I'm not opposed to it though. However I would hope if your in a private game then it wouldnt apply.

If I'm paying money for a service and I'm irritating a little kids swearing it's nice to have an option to censor it if you want it.

Something does need to be done but this is going to penalise all of us. If my team mate is being a dick I like to tell him. Dont get me wrong I hate all teh trash talk but realy the censoring is taking away our privacy, our freedom of speech and I can see a lot of technical isssues with blocking the right words, If i say something outa tone theres the chance itll censor and my friend wont understand me.

Bad decision from MS (as always) like ppl are gunna pay to be censored.

Why does it suck to be a paying member of XBL when MS is obviously trying to make playing on live a more positive experience? I don't mind trash talking, but some people go over board. Personally though I hope this is implemented correctly, i.e., they wouldn't filter anything if you have your area set to "underground".

I dont know if this is true or not, but I will say this. I rank a MS Call Center employee right up there as far as knowledge goes with a Gamestop employee.
