I've been playing GTA iv for nearly 3 WEEKS! And I still am not tired of it. And I thought it is a game to remember unlike the supposedly Legendary Halo 3 (which in my opinion wasn't all it cracked out to be). I've read it has gotten bad press lately. Apparently some guy stabbed another guy to death to get the game, while Manhunt was banned because some teenager played the game and stabbed an innocent 10 year old with a sharp metal object. It always seems to be GTA series that gets bad press because some guy killed another guy for wanting to play this game, and the killer is always over 17. No one killed someone elso over Halo 3 and that was even more anticipated than GTA.

But that's not why I made this page, I made it because I think it is an awesome game, it has a few flaws such as not a big wardrobe or you can't grab onto moving vehichles for a long amount of time. But it is an almost perfect game. Add any comment for it, this is 360 version only! PS3 is an OK games console, but I would rather buy a PS2. Write as much as you want.

What can you do with idiots and psychopaths? It'll always be like that with games, one person will do something to another person because they saw it in a game or movie, next thing you know parents go crazy, media goes crazy, and the game/movie gets bad reviews, criticism, or banned.

The only thing i don't understand is when parents get angry because their child did something they saw in an M-RATED game.... There's a reason they rate games.

omfg i HATE how reporters who havent played the game say its bad and that its terrible! the guy who stabbed someone for the game never played gta4 yet so how can you blame the game itself for that!?

Yeah, I hate how ideo games get a lot of heat when there are a lot bigger things to focus on. And to who ever said anything about the M rating, yeah I agree, NO one should touch this game that is under the age of 17.

I love this game. I have had my 360 since December 07 and none of the games that I have had me hooked like GTA. Once Niko stepped out of his apartment for the first time; I thought "this is what I call next-gen gaming".

"Ultra-violent" BBC says, I thought that all the GTAs were violent what is new about that. GTA has always associated with violence. There is no way anyone who knows anything about the GTA franchise can expect anything less. It's like MK without fatalities, the less said about MK vs DC the better.

There may have to be mental assessments for people buying M-rated games. Because people saying they did something cause they saw it in a game should be removed from the human gene pool much less be allowed to play games of this nature. I have been a fan of such violent games like MK and GTA and should no way people can blame video games for their crimes.

I Love the game.

Its not that violent compared to Gears or Manhunt though...

Also, how can they say this is Ultra Violent, but yet GTA Vice City had chainsaws and you could shoot peoples heads off. None of that is in this...

Lots of Biased comes from wat people hear and not see or do. It's barely ever the case that they actually try it but they 'Knock it until they try it'. It's llike when someone reads in the news that teenagers are drunk, drug addicted ASBOS,giving the viewer or reader a view that 'ALL' teenagers are like this and think they are all the same (I can't remember the word for it but this isn't a good example but you know what I mean)
