Thoughts on the Bioshock Demo

I know it's only a demo, but I was playing it for about 30 minutes and I really can't get into the game. Maybe I'll give it more time, just not feeling it at the moment though...

Anybody feel the same?

Demo does the game justice. It's fun once you get the gun and plasmids. But then at the very end, when you're done fighting the Splicers, you can't set them on fire anymore, because they're all dead.

If that last room had splicers continually coming, and you could just practice on them, I would personally die for the game. Setting them on fire, watching them run around, jump in the water, then shock them!

WOW SOMEONE WHO FEELS THE SAME AS ME! I thought it was kinda boring actually..... not BAD but a little boring.

Figures you cant get into the game since its a demo lol. But seriously, just buy the damn game and enjoy it. KillingTheFlies

I probably won't buy it. I might spend my hard earned cash on Cooking Mama.

the demo felt like a total tease....there was almost nothing there....the developers said that the first hour and a half of the game is very linear, for teaching you purposes....but in this demo they didnt even introduce the buying and plasmid systems...the game becomes more open then

How do you hack the flying bots in the demo?jonno615

shock them then go over to them and press x then you can either buy the hack or do the manual hack witch is like that old computer game with the pipes and ooze.

I feel the same way. I couldn't really get into, can't really put my finger on it either.
