Tiers on XBL?

Hey everyone, sorry if this has been posted before, but I did a check and didn't see anything. Anyways, I was looking at the Xbox mobile site (www.xbox.mobi) from my phone and saw I'm listed as a "Tier 6" member. Does anyone know what this means? You can also check the site out from your PC. Click the link, go to "My Gamer Card" and put in your gamertag. Just curious if anyone knows what it means. Here's an example of my GT:

No idea - just checked my gamertag on there and I'm also Tier 6. It seems a bit like MGC - you don't need to login or anything, just enter your gamertag and it calls up your details - shows the stuff in the pic you posted, as well as things like your last played games, the gamerscore you have in those and number of achievements. Major Nelson also shows up as Tier 6, so I'm guessing Tier has nothing to do with MS, and probably just made up by this siteAvenger1324

Maybe tier refers to the region you live in? I'm from the United states like you and i'm from tier 6. Also the user above is is from the UK and he's from tier 3. Also there's no seperation between tier number and the region.

I've had my account on xbl for almost 2 years also, scandinavian with tier 6 as well.

I'm tier 6 aswell, from the US.

maybe it has something to do with gamerscore. it seems like people with tier 6 are 10,000+ i have around 8,000 i'm teir 6 maybe it has something to do with that.xscott1018

Me too, i'm in the UK and mine is tier 6 as well, and i'm on 55,000+.

I have a gold subscription and I show up as Tier 6, my friend who has silver shows up as Tier 3 if that helps.

You only missed it by over two months, good job.

I think it has to do with your membership. gold = 6, silver = 3, and if you do not have an XBL account and you go to this site you are registered as a 0
