I think it's only available for download on the Xbox Live Market.

Remember to buy alot of Microsoft Points kids, they're from Neverland!

I could be mistaken but I believe you got a different game that week than Americans did. It may come to you soon. They may release it when they release the TMNT animated movie on DVD. Wish I could help you out more mate.
