Should I hold out on buying my 360 until further information is released about the 360 failures and whether or not there will be a recall or should I just go ahead and get my new system?
I would go ahead and buy if I were you because the 360 is where all the games are and you don't look stupid while you play it...unless your playing GH2 and your not very good at it.
yeah I agree, PS3 is much better, well that is unless you actually want games to play and in that case get a 360. My PS3 does do a good job at collecting the dust and keeping it off my TV though.

Well, If I were you, I would buy the 360 and get a warranty just in case. I've had my 360 for at least a year and a half now and its still running great.

Ps3 probably is better but it has no games and 360 has all the new games and for half the price
Huh? I hate trolls. I wouldn't worry to much about the 360 breaking down. MS has the three year warranty now, so I think your good. The 360 has the best games this fall, so I would say definitely get one by the end of the year.

There's a 3 year warranty on it, it doesn't really matter when you buy it.
pfft, Dont ever get a PS3 they are nothing but over priced garbage, and now after what $ony is trying to pull with their BAIT AND SWITCH BS i wouldn't give $ony a DIME of my hard earned cash. COME ON NOW! 100 bucks off the 60gig PS3 BUT WAIT THEIR IS A CATCH!!! in about 3 months we will stop selling them and release an 80GIG version and sell it for MORE MONEY!!!! If you think this is a deal then you deserve to waste your money.

The PS2 is still selling better then PS3 BTW. LOL LONG LIVE PS2!
Right now is as good a time as any to get a 360. 3 year warranty from Microsoft and great games coming out this fall. The only reason I would really get a PS3 right now would be to get a Blu-Ray player that will also allow me to play some PS2 games.
