how do I get to the roof to start the challenge Fast lain to pain(slums),I couldnt figure out how to get up there

Across from the entrance to the elevator, you have to grind off the letters to the sign on the liquor store.jump up on the roof of the liquor store, then grind all the way around the top on the right side if you are looking from the big building.
