Been waiting on this demo, a ton of people including myself are on the fence on this one, but I'm leaning to fall into the buy side. The news coming from the company's owner blog site how ever is kinda upsetting sometimes.
Meh, Ill admit i havent followed this game at ALL since it was announced, but from skimming through the previews it looks like a mass effect spin off without all the talking.
i was so hyped for this game, but after reading hilary goldsteins experience playing through the entire game, it looks like its just gonna be another good game. good could mean a lot of things but i have a feeling hilary meant 7.5 good cuz he said it didnt meet expectations. :(
the demohas to be really horrid for me not to buy this game. and i just dont see that happening. this game cant be worse than AC or ME good games but lacking a few things....(IMO)

Same. After seeing gameplay vids, it didn't look like my kind of game. The demo just confirms that. Bad controls, dialogue was subpar, horrible camera, and combat was atrocious.
Its hard to tell w/ the demo though. a lot of ppl were raving about bourne conspiracy after playing that demo and look at the score it got. and IF gta4 came out w/ a demo b4 the release i think ppl would have predicted a lower score. lets just see what the final build is like.
personally i wasnt completely amazed but not dissapointed. combat was just different.

Exactly. An 8 isnt a high score, really. Lots of games recieved 8.0 score like DMC4, Lost Planet, and I thought those games were average. It depends on YOUR standards, not others. To me, an 8.0 - 8.5 or lower = RENT. Of course, there are exceptions like Lost Odyssey but renting would be a great way of determining if a game is for you.

On gamestop's website it is rated T for Intense violence and Blood.
