Ok the guy above me needs to realize what a demo is. A demo is supposed to get people who have not researched the game a lot, excited about the game. To look at what the game is. It is also supposed to get people looking forward to the game even more excited. I realize that it is a demo, but while gaming has become a huge industry the people who play games are not all die hards or even very deep with impressions. Many people who play look at the surface of the game and pass judgement. It is unfortunate but the world we live in.
As for the game, I thought the demo was horrible. It felt like they just took a random part of the main story and just cut and pasted to make it a demo. I would have thought the demo would have been great if they just put me in an arena gave me a tutorial and sent waves of enemies at me. I mean I do not even know anything about the universe and let alone the controls. I could read the advanced combat in the menus but even that sucks. It does not even tell me how to regenerate health. Do you just pick up orbs? People say Mass Effect's menus were bad then what do they think of Too Human. It's about 5 steps back from Mass Effect, and I thought Mass Effect's menus were great.
I was thinking of getting Too Human... Well the whole two person co-op was a huge let down but not a deal breaker. So it was between Fable 2 and Too Human. While they may not be the same they are similar enough since the co-op is what I want, and with Fable 2's showing at E3 it looked even better. With four player co-op it was hands down Too Human but not so much now. The scales have decided the die cast. Fable 2 has won my attention and $60.
