I'm looking for games that in some way reflect or inspired the world we now live in. They could becontroversial or simply unique.

Think along the lines of GTA3 and the effect that had on society.

COD4 ` it shows world peace and the ways we eliminate the thread on the universe.lIIiya

halo 2 and 3 changed the world of gaming because of the hype. everyone knows halo or has heard of it.

GTA for its violence.

the first Tomb Raider for feminism:P

Wolfenstein for the genre we call FPS today.

Space invaders was the game that most changed the world. first coin op game. started the revolution.

paddle tennis tv game started the console gaming scene. very limited but a lot of fun back in the 1970s

Doom. the first good first person shooter.

Donkey Kong the classic hand held game in the early 80s was a hit

solitare. who hasnt played solitare in windows? if you say you haven't you know you are lying.

Halo 3, biggest selling game of all time. well until the next huge release that everyone wants to play that is

Halo, the start of having an alternative to playing sony, sega or nintendo japanese consoles.

Nintendo Wii sports. for making stupid people believe their kids will not become obese by playing games.

Ms pacman, for getting females involved in gaming. which let the guys play games as well.

was going to say strip poker. for not only teaching 12 year olds how to gamble but also showing them naked women if they won. but wont say that.

Bioshock: Killing children or saving them etc

Also shows if youre a psychopathic antisocial insane person u can build a utopia under the sea
