This is the first time I have seen this. I have a slim 360 and the top left light on the console keeps blinking. I've been playing for a while now, the wireless controller is not blinking and everything seems to be working fine. Anyone know why this is happening?

I already did google (before I made the topic). All that comes up is other forums, and no one is for sure why.

Seriously? If you don't have a real answer then why bother posting? To annoy TC? Also, sorry TC, but I have no idea myself. :(

It was advice. The combined powers of google plus a little searching around are much morepowerful than the people here. Why are you posting if you don't have a real answer? To annoy me?

I believe, but don't quote me on this, that it indicates a hardware failure. The light should be red though. If it's green then I'm not sure. You could always try contacting Microsoft on their support page.

Doesn't that mean that something do to with your profile has happened?

As in a friend signed in, a game finished downloading, etc etc

If it has been flashing for a while then this is clearly not the answer, but I know for a fact Xbox controllers and the console do that.

I hope it's not a failure. It was only doing it that night. The next day and even today it's not blinking anymore. I've been searching the internet and I still can't find an answer
