I own an x-plorer n ad a GHWT guitar, and I am dissapointed with the quality of the GHWT guitar. I liked the x-plorers clickyness my better, as it was great for keeping rythm. Only after one hour of owning GHWT and playing it, the guitar strumbar squeaks! Now this houldn't happen, my x-plorer never had problems after playing through GH2, GH3, and GHA on expert! Im still under my 7 day warranty period, so would trading in this guitar for a les paul be a good deal?

Les Paul's have their own set of problems. The one that I've used extensively often drops notes because the connections in the detachable neck aren't as solid as the GHWT guitar. I would stick with the WT one unless you run into a major problem... I just returned mine because the strum bar practically stopped working.

Oh, yes. Most definitely. What's the point of having a controller if you don't even like it? The Les Paul might work better, but it doesn't have any of the new features...

Well if your product is still within 30 days of purchase, just take the game back and get a new one, it's covered in the warrenty. This may fix your squeaking problem. Idk if the Les Paul is better but you may want to consider buying that after you get a new product, it could just be the guitar you have now that's broken.

I think the xplorer is the best guitar mechanical wise. I don't like the les paul as well because of the detachable neck and wireless, the xplorer seems to hold up to just about all kinds of playing. I haven't tried the WT guitar yet though.
