it came out yesterday, and i love it, real fun stuff, though sumtimes things don't make much sense in MP, i was playing as a leader, emptied 2 clips on a scout or a leader, but the guy just would not die... that annoyed me lol but other than the tiny annoying things that appear in MP, the rest is golden lol

Generic? Hardly. Maybe if all you did was spam RT the whole time and jump up and down like a mongo. I saw a lot of people doing that in beta and many who are still doing that in retail. I suspect most them labeled it "generic" too.

I dunno, I mean it definitely used a lot of standard shooter ideas, but when you throw in transforming robot cars and interesting abilities, I thought it started to feel fairly unique.
I've been playing the campaign, it's good so far. Nothing other games haven't already done but still fun. I haven't played the competitive multiplayer yet but judging by my experience with the demo and looking at the array of options it seems solid.
Hmm from the very start, it looked like this game would be alright, good to see that transformers have released a sick game. I'll probably rent this though.
Calm down brahs it's just my opinion. It lagged like a mofo too (my internet was fine, I checked) when I played the demo, so that probably made me like it less.

Ha mongo, never seen anyone use that word on this web site yet my family says it all the time. When you include transforming and the interesting abillities and custimization it adds something unique to the shooter genre. Also it will probably be far more interesting once more people unlock abillities and you throw the Leader and Scientist into the fray.
