Trouble buying game

Hello. I recently bought a $25 prepaid card for my Xbox, so that I could buy games in the online store without having to insert any billing info such as credit card numbers. However, whenever I try to buy a game, a message pops up saying that I will be charged immediately, and under that it says to insert my billing info. So, do I have to enter my billing info, even if I have a prepaid card?

you have to add a billing address, after you select to buy the game, there's an option taht shows how much money you have stored into your account, select that option.

That's strange. I don't buy digitally on Xbone, but I do remember buying on 360 didn't require my address if I had a pre-paid card.

I figured it out, and now it works. Thanks!

I just redeem the cards so the credit goes my account, then I go buy games I want afterwards.
