Was it intentional? Who knows. But it seems curious that they would let it go on for so long. A bad batch or two is reasonable. But it seems like its gone on for over a year. Its almost ridiculous and they have lost my business and any future business they would have gotten from me. I also see alot of people going with the other option after their 2nd or 3rd system failure so in the long run it can't be good for customer satisfaction.
I am on my second and going on third. I sent in a request for the coffin to ship in for repair today. They said I would get my xbox back or a new one not a referb., free shipping there and back, and a new one year warranty. Hopefully this will work. If not XBOX BE DAMNED!
