Turtle Beach x41 and Wireless router

Hey guys I recently ordered a set of Turtle Beach x41s off eBay and have been researching them. I noticed I read alot of people have had issues using the headphones due to RF interferences with their wifi routers.

I was just wondering if this is a major problem or if there is any way of getting around the interference problems. How i have it set up, the headphones transmitter will be around a meter away from my router maximum, will this cause a problem?

I had to return mine for RF issues. I didn't have a problem with the router since its in the basement and I'm on the second floor but if I was using the headset it would interfere with the wireless cards on our computers and no one could connect to the internet. I got a wired Turtle beach and it works great.

So do you think it would be unusable due to these RF interferences? Because i have my router next to my compter and my tv on the wall just above the computer, but have the wireless cards in the computer disabled ( i prefer a wired connection ).

Interference is not a typical issue. I have many friends that own X31/X41 headsets, and none of us save one have had any problems. My X41 transmitter is literally next to my wireless router and I have never had a hiccup. My one friend needed to contact TB support, but they had him adjust something and he is good to go! I think people that have "trouble" are the ones that don't follow support through. Take the dive on the X41, you will love it!
