although this is only one review, I had a feeling Madden 2008 was going to be special ;)

Yahoo games gave it a 5/5!!!

I think this is finally going to be the football game we have always wanted!

This might be the first Madden title I've purchased in a long...long time.

Hopefully we will finally have next gen football.

Every year I try to not buy this game, and every year I break down and get it. I've pre-ordered Bioshock as a pre-emptive strike, and now you tell me that Madden will actually be good this year? Oh well, if I can make it past opening week without buying the game, I should be okay.

They gave Madden 06 for 360 a solid 8, and '07 an 8.3. Just sayin'. I'll wait until some real reviews come in(TeamXbox has some of the strangest scores ever).

I don't believe any Madden game has a 9.8 in gameplay. :|
