Hmm, damnit I can't just choose, one but three must haves for me would be Castlevania Symphony of the Night, Lost Planet, and Condemend (this last one is a must play!!! only good horror game on the 360)!!

dude definitley guitar hero 2 hust got it and its amazing i cant put it down........... ever lol. um also get fight night round 3, need for speed: most wanted, uhhh gears of war, and rainbow six: lost vegas its the best looking first person shooter out there right now :)
