Ufc 2009 Undisputed, "Judo glitch"?

I read about some really good glitch or something in which you create a player with Judo, train him to level 2 and he becomes amazing or something. Does anybody know how to go about doing this? I'm sure it was patched but i'd unpatch it obviously. It's always fun to have that 1 guy who' sa half God fighter :P
