ya i think if they did make another halo it wouldnt be called halo 4 that sounds kinda lame. I think it might be like a whole new story with new characters and stuff or whatever... I dunno . It would be kinda strange for bungie to stop making halo because they are making so much money off all you guys buying the games and stuff.
LOL Mircosoft will be screwed when the Halo series ends, guess they just have to make shore they still get all the 3rd party help they have now and that maybe RARE can make another hit series for them. Banjo kazooie 3 would be a good one if not rushed.
Halo 3, is the end of this Halo storyline, but as we know they have an additional two games in production as well as Halo 3 and odds are they'll probably start off their own sequels...
well no halo 3 is supposed to be the last besides halo wars which is a spin off though. I think we may see some spin offs but yeah 3 is the last maybe a remake 10 years from now
Anyone who thinks Halo 4 will be the last Halo is crazy. Why in the world would Microsoft stop making a game that rakes in so much money? Do you know why videogame companies exist? TO MAKE MONEY. As long as Halo sells millions, there will Halo games being made. It's business 101. End of story. Â
The story arc for Halo will end with Halo 3. The people at Bungie are allowed to work on other projects besides Halo, Bungie is all into futuristic FPS's so they could easily make a different game series. I personally would like to see what they would do next; they would probably make an even better game than Halo, which would be awesome. They could release other Halo games though, like a multiplayer-only version of Halo, they just aren't going to do anything else with the Halo story.
Wrong the series isn't ending. They said the story arc will be so that doesn't mean they couldn't make several Halo RTS's, Halo MMO, Halo RPG, Halo tactical shooter(To be honest I'd like that), Halo space fighter game, Halo: Marines, Halo: ODST, Halo Halo or even a NEW Halo FPS with another spartan and a new race of aliens.
You know waht would be cool if the revamped Halo CE with the updated game engine for the 360 and included multi player over live...and have it download able or sell in the stores for 29.99.. That would be cool
Bungie has never said that Halo 3 is the end of the series, they said that it was the conclusion of "this story arc". While there are other non-FPS Halo game, it's only a matter of time before Bungie announces another. I don't think it will be soon though, probably near the end of the 360's life cycle. But you're crazy if you think Microsoft is gonna let the Halo brand rot.
I think they should do a battlefield/battlefront type Halo game. It could work like Star Wars Battlefront II, with the MC and the arbiter as heroes (like the jedi). If it was made correctly it could be an awesome game.
They need to make tactical shooter along the lines of R6:V called R6:ODST. It would handle like R6V but with Halo characters! Haha, I would so buy that game lol...but alas, it's never gonna happen
Yeah right the only could ever happen is if Microsoft would of reachieved another 300million dollars from bungie and maybe get something like I don't know a game that kinda resembles halo, but no Microsoft has to force bungie to do its bidding buy doing a halokickass title, but what is bungie is supposed think of next for this well they could add the usual more maps,weapons vehicles, storyline etc. or do something different like do anything different for that matter if bungie has any though for making a sequel or maybe a prequel that toke place before the last one, so if bungie wanted to make another halo they have to make something a lot more in depth and carry on different conflicts like on what happened in the novels wouldn't but they another like halo wars if haven't heard of it which is BTW looking like a sweet RTS game.
They made it pretty clear that it would only be a triology in the video released after e tu brute.(Besides Halo wars) They just want to end it with a bang I guess.

halo 3 sounds pretty lame so did halo 2 anyways if they did make a halo 4 it be exactly as halo 2 and 3 only with better graphics which at that point should look so real its creepy
