ok so I beat COD 4 the other day, finally....and how do I now do mile high club? did I have to sit through the end credits to do it? and if so, do I now have to beat the game again to do it?

No just go to replay a level and go to epilogue.

yeah u had to sit through the credits, try rebeating "game over", the credits should roll after u beat that mission.
