UK XBox Live = Rubbish

Why does the UK Xbox Live have no movies, no TV shows and very rare other video content. Just seems when I go to the xbox live homepage on my pc all i see is new content, new shows and new movies added...but nothing for the UK version.10054254

It's usually due to licencing issues with the relevant companies who produce the films/tv shows. I believe it will be released eventually, but the content will be different and tailored to the UK market.

Im just a bit sick of the best thing we have in europe content is mission impossible 3 trailer... a movie that was in the cinema a year ago.  we got an episode of southpark...but tis gone now.  come on microsoft its been a year and a half...get the finger out and get some decent content on live.

before i get a lash back just going to say that i dont hate all americans....just about 40% of them.  But i dont like to be f*cked over cause im not living in america and xbox live is doing this.

Right... and if microsoft thought this, do you think they would have bought the service to the 360? NO! the 360 is a multimedia machine, not just a games console.

You know whats actually the funny thing? We're not. In the UK we pay more for Xbox Live than Americans. Work out the currency differences and we wind up paying more. We pay more for the games the console, everything.

 Yet we have no content on the market place at all. Seriously they started up an artist of the month, the thing hasn't been updated in months. It doesn't hugely interest me but in all honesty that's ALL we have on there. We're getting ripped off and MS doesn't appear to be doing a thing about it, that's what makes me angry.

Well thats because of taxes...we pay more because our PM wants a and yes i hate the sterio typical americans who offend everyone.

But if microsoft put the live content on...and keep it on...it means people enjoy it, use it and want more of it.  So why not give the rest of the world some of it.
