um... great question about RROD

so i was playing fable 2 today and was buying houses and then al of a sudden the screen goes to a bunch of lines going vertical then i turn it off and restart it and goes to a screen of boxes, then restart it again and it starts back to normal.... should i worry about RROD, ive had the xbox sinse i think a month after they came out, and im worried so should i be

if you got rrod, then yes, worry, if not then dont

yes, i had those symptoms prior to a total RROD failure. Mine was also one of the early early batches. So hate to say it, but prepare for the worst. Most likely, it will start happening more frequently, until it just goes straight to RROD during the initial bootup 360 logo. So best of luck to you. Take advantage of the repair program, mine was about 2 weeks from the day it left my house to the day it got back. But if you have a game you've been dying to play, like I did, (Rock Band came out the week after my RROD) just towel trick it until that stops working too (which took like 2 months for me). Hope this helps.
