Umm... WHAT just happened to my 360...???

... I turn it on for the first time in 24 hours... RED RING OF DEATH OUT OF NOWHERE. After some loud swearing, I turn it off, then turn it on again... and it boots up PERFECTLY...??? And is working fine now???

Umm.... yeah....... should I be worried? Or should I just continue playing like normal?

I dunno it was just red so I turned it off. :O I hope it doesn't come back though!

You may want to check out the Broken 360 Thread, but there are certain red lights that are not the dreaded RRoD. One poster above mentioned correctly that if your A/V cables are loose or disconnected, there will be some red lights, but not RRoD.

If you have actually gotten the RRoD, it is possible that the system could function normally again without repair, but it's usually a temporary situation. Once you see it once, you may as well send it in for repairs because it will be back sooner or later.

mines done that before but then i got it again and it broke so idk

red lights do not necessarily mean rrod. RROD is a specific problem, only specified by red light in spots 1,3, and 4. If it was a different number or placement of the lights, that means something else, andcould just mean the A/V cable or power plug was loose, don't worry unless you have 1,3,4 red or just 4 red. Those would meansome sort of hardware problem.
