Unable to redeem points card

I bought a 1400 Microsoft Points card on the 26th, and every time I try and redeem it on xbox.com I get the message "Xbox LIVE Marketplace is currently not available" after I put in the code and hit Next. If I try and redeem the points through the 360 itself it says the code is invalid.

Anyone else having this issue?

I would try putting it in through xbox.com. If that doesn't work, call MS. I had a problem with a card once, and they told me that it might not have been activated at the store, or the code on the card could just be invalid (in which case you have to return it).
