Epic has said time and time again that the 360 is tapped out. Gears of War pushed 360 to the limit,not to mentionthe game itself was toned down.

The PC version of Gears is the true version. It allowed them to do the graphics and textures properly instead of holding back.

Your opinion of Orange Box doesn't approariately correspond to this threads topic, yet it was given. Orange Box is easily one of the best games to come out on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. You're an idiot if you think it is "junk", yet you simply can't wait for UT3. If I really don't want to wait for UT3 to release on the 360, I'll just buy it for my PS3 instead.

anyone else anoyed that PS3 is getting this game 3+ months b4 Xbox 360 users? I am because that game looks sweet and I don't have the money to go buy a PS3 for 1 game, and i'm not a PC fan.Dawq902

well, i don't mind the wait. Epic loves xbox 360 , thanks to the xbox 360 they were idolized by gamers by playing gears of wars. since they had a good tie with microsoft. i think they are trying to make the game look it's best and putting the achievements on them. also i wouldn't be surprised if the game looks better than ps3. lol. so yea i don't mind the time. i can wait. btw i have alot of other games to play. ps2forever

is this the official release date cause i've seen many articles saying they havn't even started on the 360 version yet

and haha theres no way its going to be more polished than the pc version, doubt it will be more polished than ps3 too, it was built from ground up on the ps3 and being ported to 360 and the reason why ps3 version came out way earlier is cause sony is letting it be open modded some we can have user generated content and microsoft doesnt want them to make UT3 open modded so they are kinda mad at them

Many ppl dont like psn.How bout everyone plays it now or waits depending on what they want it for. Its got all 3 (ut2004 is better though)

I own both consoles so I just got it for PS3...plus the ps3 one seems to be the better one because you can upload user created stuff.

All in all if you own a PS3 you should just buy it. I havent heard much about the new halo maps?? wonder if they are good

I's rather play the PS3 version as it stands just because Sony are allowing Epic to do WHAT THEY WANT TO DO. MS are wrong when thet force devs to do things they dont want to.

Great, I couldn't care less what you prefer, this isn't a debate about which is better. I was simply stating that I would be getting it on the PS3 because it had keyboard and mouse support and that was more important to me than achievements.

it dont bother me, i wish i had it now for me xbox 360 but got plenty of new games to play on

as for it coming out on pc and ps3 first that dont bother me either even if im waiting months and months later.

thats just swings and roundabouts, yeah its out on ps3 first but xbox had plenty of games out on that first. people moan say its not fair etc, well its just business. and unreal 3 aint that much of a exlisove to loose out on. to be honest im really looking forward to playing it. but if i had it when it was out on the pc then wud of probs clashed with me playing cod4 and halo. where when its out next year in 08 i reckon more of my friends will buy it because they wont be as many big shooters coming out at the same time.

just gotta wait , plenty of shooters on 360 so waiting for one more aint gona break me back even thought ive loved the unreals on me pc since the first one till 2004 tourn but got plenty of meat to eat from what come out recently

Its most likely due to revisions they are probably adding in extra support to make the game run smoothly on the 360. That or perhaps extra maps and stuff... who knows. It'll be out eventually though.Phazevariance

woh i thought this thread died after my last post about, just everyone try and keep on topic

and for everyone reading this i'm not pissed or angry about it not being on 360 yet i'm just saying i would like 2 b playing it now, maybe i did not clearly state that (which i'm pretty sure i did not clearly state) but it would b nice to have the ability 2 play the game since i do not own a PS3 and dislike non strategy games on the comp, and i don't got a good enough PC.
