I cant decide between the two.

Unreal Tournament

+online shooter

+ My friends are buying it

+ User generated content

+ Will last a long time

+ I like sci fi shootersd

+ split screen mode

- Way too many shooters on the market

- did not like COD4

Ninja Gaiden 2

+ Great looking gameay t

+ Loved the Demo

+ Game+ feature will increase longevity

+ Super hard ( I LOVE CHALLENGES)

+ Ninjas are awesome

+ many difficulty modes

- Combos were really annoying to use

- way too violent to be played around children

- when i beat the game completely it will sit on my shelf forever

i would buy them both for sure but if you can only get one go for unreal 3, a game with a good online multiplayer will outlast all other games, you cant go wrong with em.

Well there are alot of online shooters, but you not liking COD4 means nothing therefore it shouldn't be a con. UT3 Will be a good game.

ninja gaiden 2 is awesome its a ton of fun to play and it has a good amount of replay value too. Unreal tournament on the other hand i hated it i played it on the ps3 and it was pretty terrible especially the single player portion but i guess its because im not a very big multiplayer fan unless its online co-op but if your into multiplayer games go for unreal.

UT is not my type of shooter..(style..speed...guns)..

I just completed NG and say it was a great experience..

....starting all over on a higher difficulty..and off the start..Damn...this is going to be rough

Unreal Tournament 3 is not even close to Call of Duty 4 in gameplay. The Unreal Tournament series is based around the idea of "shoot it before it shoots you." Plus, the Unreal Tournament gameplay is by far better suited for the PC. I've tried the PlayStation 2 version of the original Unreal Tournament (I own the whole series on PC) and it really didn't control very well simply because it is a very fast-paced PC shooter. UT is my favorite game series, though unfortunately, I don't think it's very good on a console. I hate to go against a series I love so much, though I think you're better off with the console-suited Ninja Gaiden 2.

I'd get bought, and as a matter of fact I am. Ninja Gaiden II is amazing, at least for me being a fan of the series, and the online madness of UTIII seems to good to pass up. That's why I'd suggest buying both.

I'll bet you can't beat NG II on Master Ninja
