Ups says my package was delivered, but xbox.com says console isnt recieved yet?

Hi I shipped my brand new/broken holiday bundle elite on 12/1/2009 and finally it says that it was shipped on 12/4, but its 12/7 now and xbox.com/support says that they havent recieved the console. So I call xbox support and they tell me that it should show up in the system within 3 business days. This sounds very fishy to me, has anyone experienced this or have any advice?

The website doesn't update right away. My console wasn't "recieved" for a day after it's delivery also. They take some time to process it.

a day is understandable but its going on 3 days... I mean they should know that these are items ppl take care of and hold close and get parinoid over...so why not update as often as possible, its bad enough i had to send my console in the same day i bought because of hardware failure...end rant

Im having the same problem. My system isnt new but I sent it out last week when it RROD'd. It was received by them and hasn't been put to repair in about 4 days already. I guess they just have ALOT of broken down consoles atm. Horrible timing for this to happen to us
