Hi I shipped my brand new/broken holiday bundle elite on 12/1/2009 and finally it says that it was shipped on 12/4, but its 12/7 now and xbox.com/support says that they havent recieved the console. So I call xbox support and they tell me that it should show up in the system within 3 business days. This sounds very fishy to me, has anyone experienced this or have any advice?
