URGENT OBLIVION QUESTION: Please help!!!!

I have completed everything in the game but I started off as a magician then I accidentally killed a guy in the arena and it broke my completely good streak so I became completely evil and started thieving and marauding as a Dark Brotherhood dude. So after I got every achievement imaginable EXCEPT for Fighter's Guild I decided to bulk up his fighting skills.

Here's the catch. THEY WON'T LET ME IN THE FIGHTER'S GUILD BECAUSE I'M TOO EVIL OR SOMETHING

Anyway to fix this? I don't want to ditch my character. I put way too much time and effort into crafting him. He looks like Data from STNG for Christ's sake!

I found out the answer. I need to get the Knights of the 9 Expansion and pray at altars and that will reduce my infamy level to 0. My problem is I had literally done everything I could do in the game and there was no way for me to raise my fame higher than my infamy which was through the roof.JiveT

Cant you just pray at ANY altar to lower your infamy?

No, they(the Nine) won't interact with you if your infamy is higher than your fame.

Did they ever make Knights of the 9 free? Didn't they put it on the PS3 version?

Yeah I did everything I could and then I decided to do the Fighters Guild stuff and I made sure I paid off all my crimes but I was still too evil. I even went on the pilgrimages and stuff.
