Using my DLC on a different Xbox but my Harddrive...? Plus a small question.

Right now my Xbox drive is busted and can't play discs. I plan on sending it in for repairs but in the mean time I may be borrowing a Xbox to use.

My question is can I use my DLC on my Harddrive with a different Xbox but not connected to Live?

Also a secondary question is I downloaded a indie game and it's not letting me play it offline. It's the same Harddrive/Xbox/Gamertag it was downloaded on and I've used the license transfer and deleted and redownloaded but still nothing. Can anyone help with this as well?

Are you sure you did the liscense transfer with that game? Redownloading it doesn't transfer the liscense, you need to go to xbox.com and choose the transfer option. Also, last time I checked, you could only do a liscense transfer once a year for the content you have.

A few Xbox live updates ago (Not the New Dashboard one) they added a option to transfer your license on the area where you change your gamertag or add points. Also it says you can do it every 4 or so months instead of a year.

Like I said the Indie game doesn't work and I can guarantee it's the same console/gamertag/HDD.
