Thats how Epic works, they release it when its done, no sooner.
Okay but I am sure he wasn't asking if Epic's devs realease a product when its fully finished. Its already been fully finished for the PS3, so he wants to know when the 360 port will be complete.

When its done, it could just show up in stores one day out of the blue or have a few months notice, you never know.
Its not just going to show up in stores without any build up to its relase, games publishers will push for its realse date to be know so that people will pre-order the game, free in-store advertisement.
